In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity. ~ Albert Einstein
It’s that paradigm shift: Sitting in the eye of the storm, feeling a little beaten up, trying to catch our breath…All we can to is wonder what we need to do to survive a difficult moment.
I’ve been through a series of difficult moments in my life and I only recently realized that while I go through those tough times, I hold my breath. Immediately prior to or after those difficult moments, my breathing is shallow. Very, very shallow. We take our first breath when we are born and our last when we die. We take an untold number of breaths in between. I understand that breathing is essential to life. So why don’t I do it right and what can I do to correct that? More importantly, what does any of this have to do with Einstein’s quote? The short answer is I dunno.

OH NO! Not another blog!
I thought it would be interesting to keep a running free write journal on the net. Would it change my content, consistency, or anything about my writing? We’ll see…or at least I’ll see.
